"I stopped by during the week of Sturgis Ralley and was in need of a rear tire for my '98 VMAX which at times can be kind of rare to find. Black Hills Powersports had one in stock and put it on within a couple of hours of me showing up unannounced. This was accomplished at a price much less than I could have accomplished in my home region of Chicago, IL which could have easily been 20 or 30 dolars more than what I paid. They later helped me out when I lost the unique stock machined oil fill cap. They were able to rig up a plastic cap that got me home without losing my oil. "I have purchased like 8 vehicles from Black Hills Powersports and I refuse to do any business anywhere else. Powersports has been by far a great pleasure to deal with. "I visited their website because I heard they had the bike that I wanted. I sent an email that very night to a sales rep and recieved a reply the very next morning as well as a phone call letting me know they put in a new battery for the bike to be test driven. Everyone was super nice and was willing to help an anyway. I highly recommend these folks to anyone who is still dreaming about that bike they always wanted."

"BHPS has a great team. We purchased a '08 1600 Nomad. They didn't hesitate to find the color of bike we wanted. They had it within a few days. "I was directed to your shop by a Tech guy at the Kaw ride a days during Sturgis week. I was having trouble with the bike running bad, I thought it was the fuel pump, your service department put my bike on the computer and came to same conclusion, your mechanic looked at my bike for 2 hrs checking fuel pump over because you didn't have 1 in stock, he also checked the ground wire under the gas tank because he knew it was natourious for a bad ground spot, so he ground off more of the frame and put the ground back on, told me to try this out, if it worked great but if not then it was probably the fuel pump. That mechanic was great, he knows his stuff, my problem was that bad ground under the fuel tank. I would like to thank him very much for fixing my problem. Also as we were there for 2 hrs we talked to everyone in your bussiness, what a great bunch of people you have working there, my hat is off to everyone. Thank You Very Much Jim Hart"

"I bought a new Concours in 2000 here, and it served it's purpose very well. Todd and his sales staff were able to get me the best deal possible, and almost any accessory I needed was there. I trust Jeff and his service staff completely, and even though I live in southern Nebraska I still traveled up there for any work needing done to it. I sold the Concours, but even though I now have a Harley I still plan to use Black Hills Powersports in the future as much as I can.(still want that FJR1300) It gives me a good excuse to enjoy a great ride in the Black Hills also!
